Profile hdpe Pipe
Profile HDPE pipe is a dual wall HDPE pipe that has been wound on a mandrell and extruded welded together to produce lightweight and highly durable profile pipe. Profile pipe can be manufactured in extremely large diameters up to 132 inches. Profile pipe can be connected in a variety of ways by extrusion welding or threading the pipe ends.

DUAL CONTAINMENT
HDPE Dual Containment piping systems are one of the most economical and reliable methods for protecting against leaks of corrosive or hazardous fluids from primary piping. HDPE Dual Containment piping systems utilizes the same features of our standard HDPE piping systems with the added feature of double containment. HDPE pipe is chemically inert, light weight, corrosion, and abrasion resistant.
Sandale Utility Products employs a simultaneous butt fusion procedure that ensures a leak proof joint. These systems are common in landfills and chemical lines where leaks are just not an option. Sandale has been designing dual containment systems with other industry partners can also assist with leak detection system for your dual containment lines.
INSULATED HDPE FITTINGS
Sandale is a leading supplier for pre-insulated HDPE fittings and polymer coated insulation kits. Larger diameter custom HDPE fittings with tangents can be pre-insulated, leaving only insulation fusion joints to be completed in the field. Pre-insulated HDPE fittings saves time on installation and provides a superior freeze protection solution to a HDPE system.
Sandale also supplies HDPE fitting insulation kits that can be precisely measured and fabricated for in-field installation using a polymer coated half shell insulation kit with a wrap around heat shrink sleeve. Sandale can also assist with custom insulation kits and fittings for any size range of HDPE pipe and fittings.

All Sandale locations across North America are licensed McElroy distributors capable of renting, selling, and repairing any McElroy fusion equipment and accessories. Each Sandale location carries a fleet of fusion equipment to butt fuse pipe from 1″, with some Sandale locations capable of fusing even larger pipe.
