LEAK DETECTION
EMCO Waterworks Winnipeg Utilities Division offers a – unique to Manitoba – Leak Detection service for municipal and industrial piping. Our mobile Utilities Division uses an Echologics Leak finder which is capable of detecting leaks in most 3” and up piping made from standard municipal materials (such as C900, PVC, HDPE, Steel, etc). We also provide detailed reporting and can graph potential leaks to help our customers with their projects. EMCO Waterworks Winnipeg Utilities Division provides live tapping for large diameter watermains. Our mobile worksites are outfitted with a Romac live tap machine which can operate on piping between 3” to 12” in diameter.
